The Elemental Approach to Ayurveda
In this 2 hour presentation you will be introduced to a profound approach to health & wellness. First we look at where this ancient knowledge came from. Then we will explore the qualities of each element: how this looks in our physical, mental & emotional makeup, and what balances & imbalances look like and how we can bring them to harmony.
You will also learn an elemental explanation of the daily, seasonal and lifespan cycles. These cycles show the increase and decrease of the elements and how this affects us through our daily experience, the annual seasons, and our lifespan.
With this elemental knowledge you will understand yourself, family, & friends in a new and empowering way.
