This recipe is the best ghee recipe I have found. I have tried 3 other ghee recipes and it ended up burning because the critical point they didn’t mention is the maximum temperature. This is essential to make ghee. Furthermore, I have found making my own ghee not only tastes superb with it’s sweet, nuttiness flavor but it’s very cost- effective. I tried store-bought ghee (Carrington) and it doesn’t even compare to this recipe and it was expensive. Thanks so much, Ian!
